I've come to the realization that I have not been taking photos with the same vigor of past years. I've never entertained that thought of myself as a photographer but I love to take photographs and on occasion capture a moment that makes me pause and want to share. Now it seems unless you are a certain toddler who consumes me with his whims and perfection, I am not taking any pictures. With this I think I lack some connection to nature, plenty of it here in the NW and here I am not enjoying it, no walks, no meditation, writing in a secluded wooded hide-a-way..... So today we as a family are going...I don't know where. Maybe Mount Rainier

Okay maybe not quite. But it almost looks like the spring is finally joining us here in the NorthWest....and it's only May! lol. I'm hoping to stock up on polaroids and get my darn scanner working!! I'd like to get some of my polaroids up from last summer and start shooting again. Is modeling in the future? You bet...>I just like the process and can't take self portraits that I admire for the life of me. Good thing I know some amazing photographers. Hope this year is treating everyone splendidly. I'm not going to lie. I am not above asking my friends, even the cyber ones for help.
